Litho Print Minder, Carton Packaging Solutions - Northants
Impressive & increasingly diversely equipped Print, Packaging & Labelling Solutions business, seeks two experienced Litho Print Minders (No1 or No2), as they continue to invest & expand their Litho / UV Carton Printing Services operation.
Based from their Northants HQ, it represents a fabulous opportunity to become an integral part of motivated & skilled team, leveraging their recent significant investments in Litho Carton manufacturing capability.
As a proven Litho Print Minder, you will have a clearly demonstrable track record of experience in the Litho Print arena, ideally with comprehensive Komori press operating experience, but if you have Heidelberg or KBA press operating experience, the Business would be very comfortable in supporting the additional training required. Alongside your comprehensive understanding & working experience within the Litho & UV Print production arena, you must have a strong focus on quality production & driving world class manufacturing techniques.
Supporting the Business’ successful drive through the next stage of its continued evolution, we seek both a Number 1 & a Number 2 Litho Printer, with full responsibility for the productivity, efficiency & quality operation of their newly installed Komori CD presses, in a challenging, demanding & highly rewarding remit.
Skills & requirements:
* A minimum of three years Litho / UV print Print production experience
* Engaged personality & an excellent team working ethic.
* Diligent, strong attention to detail & a pro-active, problem solving approach.
The role will require you to work weekly rotating double day shifts (early & late), with no Weekend/Night shift requirement, but plenty of overtime opportunity.
