Linux Systems Engineer needed with strong Linux Network Infrastructure design, implementation + support experience.
A chance to join an established IT & Telecoms solutions business in Derby (Hybrid Remote). Start ideally in June/July 2024.
Key experience + tasks will include:
Hands-on technical engineer with strong technical design, implementation and support of Linux network infrastructure.
Technical design, scoping, implementation + maintenance of Linux network infrastructure + server deployments.
IP network infrastructure expertise, IP network design, IP routing protocols, firewalls, filtering, address lists, VPN protocols (SSTP, IPSec) + virtual hosting.
Supporting, maintaining, developing + trouble-shooting customer network infrastructure, servers + customer VPN connections.
Technical integration discussions with customers, engaging with key stakeholders + supporting the drive to ISO 27001 certification.
