Are you an experienced Linux Engineer looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are seeking a talented individual to join our client's team, a dynamic and forward-thinking company. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain Linux servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
* Administer and support various Linux distributions, including RHEL, SUSE, CentOS, Ubuntu, and more.
* Work with UNIX systems, including AIX, SOLARIS, and HP-UX.
* Develop and maintain scripts using Bash and Powershell to automate system tasks and processes.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux servers and associated technologies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system solutions.
* Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
* Ensure system security and compliance with industry standards.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Strong experience with Linux operating systems, particularly RHEL, SUSE, CentOS, and Ubuntu.
* Proficient in UNIX systems, including AIX, SOLARIS, and HP-UX.
* Solid scripting skills in Bash and Powershell.
* Demonstrated ability to manage Linux servers in a production environment.
* Experience with system administration tasks such as performance tuning, monitoring, and backup/recovery.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
