Responsibilities:
Use Telecare Standards Association Code Of Practise to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals. ✅
Monitor and respond to alarms from telecare equipment and provide appropriate assistance. ????
Liaise with emergency services, care providers, and other relevant agencies as required. ????
Maintain accurate records of all calls and actions taken. ????
Provide a high level of customer service and support to service users and their families. ????
Continuously assess and update personal knowledge of telecare technology. ????
Contribute to the development and improvement of the service. ????Requirements:
Knowledge of telecare systems and equipment. ????????
Proficient in using Word, Outlook, Excel, and Jontek software. ????
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ????????
Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations. ????
