Job Title: Linisher
Location: Kingswinford
Hours: Monday to Friday, 02:00 – 22:00
Pay Rate: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Linisher to join a busy manufacturing environment in Kingswinford.
Key Responsibilities
Operating hand-held grinders and linishing equipment.
Finishing and preparing metal components to required specifications.
Removing burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections.
Conducting visual quality checks on completed work.
Requirements
Previous experience using hand-held grinders and linishers is essential.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
Good attention to detail and quality standards.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.
Pay & Overtime
Standard rate: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience).
Unsocial hours: Paid at 1.5x standard rate.
Saturday: Paid at 1.5x standard rate.
Sunday: Paid at 2x standard rate.
