TM On-Site in proud partnership with IFCO are pleased to announced that we are currently recruiting for a number of vacancies based at the brand new IFCO facility based in Glasshoughton, Castleford – WF10 5HX.
Please check the postcode to check that you can access site as this is not on a public bus route as of yet. The nearest Train Station is Glasshoughton Train Station and the closes bus route is to Xscape Glasshoughton. We are also looking at offering cycle to work schemes for this role.
Shift Patterns:
The shift pattern for this role will be a continental shift pattern working 4 on 4 off 12 hour days and nights 7-7’s.To be eligible to start, you will need to work both shift patterns of days and nights which will also include weekend working. Per shift you will be paid a total of 11.33 hours (one deducted unpaid break) You must be able to work both days and nights for this role and be able to get to site on time for the working shift patterns.
You may initially start on a Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm for training however you will then move onto a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts.
The current roles that we are recruiting for are:
• Line Operatives – Pay starts at £11.44 per hour with an £0.50 attendance bonus each hour once you’ve completed all your 4 shifts taking your basic up to £11.94 per hour.
Optional overtime is available paid at time and one third.
As a line operative you will be working on numerous lines to complete the full production of the trays back to the supermarkets.

Checking the quality of the products
Stacking and palletising.
