Hours: 6am - 2pm, working 5 out of 7 (with two consecutive days off)

Company eventsKey responsibilities:
Supervise shift personnel across dedicated production line
Carry out inductions for new starters
Participate in daily production huddles and briefings
Delegate relevant information from morning huddles to line staff
Carry out required training as necessary
Organise staffing levels to ensure maximum output
Report on production achieved, and provide a details handover for the next shift
Carry out QA checks and complete relevant documentation
Monitor usage of sundry items and report any shortages
Ensure 'clean as you go' is applied and followed across production
Ensure staff are adhering to company hygiene practices
Ensure equipment is cleaned properly and any identified faults are reported
Follow sign off procedures and ensure paperwork and labelling is accurate
Ensure all unused stock is returned and recorded
Report all accidents, near misses and unsafe acts or conditions
Maintain high levels of quality for our customers
Identify and suggest areas for improvementExperience and skills required:
Experience working on a food production line as a Line Leader or senior member
Be able to prioritise tasks and use initiative to problem solve
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be able to delegate and give clear instructions
