Line Leader
Overview
We are seeking an experienced supervisor/team leader to work within a packing environment. You must have previous experience in a similar role to be considered for this position. It will involve working in a chilled environment of 2-8 degrees.
Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities to meet quality and efficiency targets
Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance and support
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards across all operations
Follow Standard Operating Procedures
Carry out daily briefings
Conduct return to work interviews and dealing with poor performance/excessive absence/general misconductRequirements

Previous experience within a supervisory role
Previous experience in a production/packing environment
Good computer skills
Good attitudeHours and Pay

Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00 but flexibility required to help with any peak periods
Overtime available
£14.02 per hour
28 days holiday per year
