Line Leader

Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Line Leader to work fulltime Monday to Friday, on weekly rotational day shifts of 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00, at an established food production company on Stafford Park. This Line Leader position offers a pay rate of £14.45 per hour, this is a temporary to permanent role.

Responsibilities of a Line Leader:

* Overseeing a group of colleagues

* Repeatedly lifting products up to a maximum of 25kg

* Operating machines

* Inputting production information into a SAGE system

* Grading and Sorting products correctly

* Carrying out quality inspections

* Packaging products into relevant bags and boxes

* Working to a customer specification

* Ensuring all production and personal targets are met

Requirements for a Line Leader:

* Previous experience within a food production company

* Experience as a packing, production or quality operative

* Experience in a team leader or supervisor position

* Flexibility to work a rotational shift pattern

* Ability to work as a team and individually
