Light Vehicle Technician
Sheffield
Tuesday to Friday days or Monday to Friday days
We will accept for this role LTD, Umbrella or PAYE candidate's.
PAYE, LTD and Umbrella up to £32 ph
Ongoing temporary until March 2027 at least.
The Automotive Maintenance division of Questech currently have an exciting new position, located near Sheffield. This is an opportunity to work on a mixed fleet of vehicles.
If you’re a technician already dreading the cold winter months, don’t worry — on this contract you’ll be working in a clean, warm and comfortable workshop, so you can leave the freezing temperatures outside!
We will consider Technicians that has experience in working on either light or heavy vehicles.
THE ROLE:
You will be an apprentice trained, fully qualified Vehicle Mechanic and have experience working with a variety of light vehicles, Vans or HGVs. You will also be given the opportunity to train on specialist public sector vehicles.
THE DUTIES:
* Preventative maintenance
* Maintaining relationships with clients
* 6 weekly inspections
* Pre M.O.T inspections
* Vehicle diagnostics
THE HOURS:
Tuesday to Friday days or Monday to Friday days
THE RATE OF PAY:
The pay rate up to £32.00 per hour dependant on experience.
Training and Qualifications:
You should ideally be qualified to one of the following levels:
* LCV or HGV City and Guilds
* NVQ level 3
You should ideally hold the following license:
* Full UK driving licence
