Basic Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + paid overtime

Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lift Regional Technician to join a global lift engineering company, supporting engineers and customers across Scotland's Central Belt.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished lift professional with strong fault-finding and technical assessment skills. You will maintain and repair lift equipment while providing regional technical support to field-based engineers.
Candidates must hold an NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

The Lift Technician Role

Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical faults across lift equipment.
Complete detailed technical assessments and provide regional support to engineers.
Service and maintain lift equipment and components.
Repair or replace faulty lift parts.
Support engineers with challenging breakdowns and technical issues.
Travel throughout Glasgow, Edinburgh and the wider Central Belt.
Participate in out-of-hours work on a pro-rata basis.
Ensure all work complies with company procedures and health and safety regulations.

Ideal Lift Technician Candidate

NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Strong lift fault-finding and technical assessment experience.
Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing lift equipment.
Able to provide clear technical guidance and support to other engineers.
Organised, proactive, and able to use your own initiative.
Strong customer-care skills and a positive approach to change.
Committed to professional development and taking ownership of performance.
Strong advocate for workplace health and safety.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
