Lift Supervisor
We are currently seeking an experienced Lift Supervisors for immediate work on a busy Southern Water project based in Winchester.
???? Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing and coordinating all lifting operations on site
Ensuring all lifts are carried out in line with approved lift plans
Supervising crane teams, slingers, and operatives to maintain safe working practices
✅ Essential Requirements:
Valid CPCS Lift Supervisor (A62) card
In-date medical certificate
Proven experience in a similar role on construction or infrastructure sites
Strong understanding of lifting procedures, risk assessments, and method statements
Excellent communication and leadership skills
