Location: London
Salary: £45,000–£50,000 basic salary (DOE)
Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lift Repairs Engineer to carry out lift repairs, diagnose faults and replace components across London. The successful candidate will ensure equipment remains safe, reliable and compliant with relevant health and safety regulations.
The Role
*
Carry out repairs on passenger and goods lifts.
*
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and implement effective repairs.
*
Repair, replace and adjust lift components.
*
Complete safety checks and risk assessments.
*
Identify parts required and manage repair work efficiently.
*
Maintain accurate service records and repair reports.
*
Communicate professionally with customers and site contacts.
*
Work independently, manage workload and maintain high H&S standards.
Who We Are Looking For
*
NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
*
Previous experience in lift repairs or a similar lift engineering role.
*
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
*
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel.
*
Excellent communication and customer-care skills.
*
Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently.
*
Ability to use initiative and take ownership of personal development.
*
Good knowledge of lift safety and H&S regulations.
