Description:
A council in the green garden of Kent are on the search for a Licensing Officer. The role offers the opportunity for an initial 3 month contract with the view to offer the successful professional a permanent position.
The Role
* £25-30p/h
* 3- month contract offering permanent at the end
* 37 hour working week
* Flexibility with the required 2 days in office per week
Expectations of the role
* Licensing Act 2003, Gambling Act 2005, Taxis/Private Hire Vehicles and Scrap Metal Dealers Act 2013 knowledge required
* Investigation, enforcement and prosecution action where necessary on inspections
* Preparing reports and entering information into the local licensing database in accurate manner
