The role
As a Licenced Aircraft Engineer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will help to drive the delivery of the flying activities at alongside your Babcock and Military colleagues by taking a 'Whole Force' approach to our activities and ensuring that Babcock's excellent safety and delivery reputation is always maintained.

Day-to-day, you'll help with the following tasks:

Aircraft inspections.
Aircraft repair.
Aircraft maintenance.
Line support tasks
Supporting paperwork and certification

This role is full time and based onsite at Glasgow - Clyde Heliport, and you will be working from Tuesday to Saturday.

Essential experience of the Licenced Aircraft Engineer:

Experience in the aircraft maintenance industry
Have previously worked in a pt.145 environment.
Working knowledge of safety management systems (SMS).
Qualifications for the Licenced Aircraft Engineer:

Hold a CAA pt. 66 B1.2 licence.
CAA pt. 66 B1.2 licence.
Clean driving licence.
Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain EDBS + SC Clearance.
