LGV Class 1 Drivers- Part Time

Description:

My well known distribution client are looking for weekday part time Class 1 Drivers for ad hoc work with shifts to suit working out of their depot at Tuxford.
Any weekday/night availabilty. Though must be able to attend the full induction period.

The work involves collecting from their client locations, strapping loads down and delivering to their other business locations in the South East and South West of the UK pulling a curtain sided trailer.

Weekday shifts to fit with your availabilty.

Long term work always booked at least one week in advance.
Fantastic induction and training period which is fully paid.
Average shifts are generally around 12-15 hours.

You will need:
-Held Class 1 licence for at least 1 year
-Minimum of continuous driving for the past 6 months
-A valid CPC
-A valid Tacho Card
- Maximum 6 points

Monday to Friday day rate £15.93 per hour/Night rate £18.53 per hour

Some weekend work paid at enhanced rates

Please note that the induction is fully paid and lasts for a whole week Monday to Friday.
The induction consists of a full driving assessment and on line theory test covering driver hours, highway code and driver hazard perception.
