Exciting Opportunity: Level 5 Healthcare Development Coach Needed in North West England!
We're thrilled to announce the search for a Level 5 Healthcare Development Coach for a full-time position covering areas like Blackburn, Lancashire, and Burnley. Our client, an award-winning training provider renowned for delivering exceptional learning experiences for apprenticeships, seeks to expand its team of professionals, holding a Grade 2 Ofsted report.
With a learner-centric approach, our client seeks a passionate and dedicated individual to inspire individuals to achieve their goals.
This role focuses on delivering the Level 5 Apprenticeship in Healthcare, requiring occupational experience in the adult care sector at a managerial level.
Responsibilities:
Conduct monthly teaching and learning sessions, utilizing both in-person and online platforms.
Manage a caseload of up to 50 learners, ensuring they meet deadlines, complete off-the-job training, assignments, and undergo monthly observations.
Conduct face-to-face visits as needed for observations.
Guide learners in achieving their qualifications, covering knowledge, skills, behaviours, and additional requirements.
Provide assistance to learners with additional learning needs.
Regularly assess and offer constructive feedback, including SPAG, and update the E-Portfolio system.
Support the delivery of functional skills.
Experience and Skills:
Experience in delivering Level 5 Healthcare apprenticeships.
Hold a Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent.
Occupational competence in a senior role within the care sector.
Possess an Assessor Qualification like D32/D33, A1, or CAVA, or hold a PTLLS/AET or a comparable teaching qualification.
Completed Math and English GCSE or equivalent qualifications, willing to undertake reformed Functional Skills Level 2.
Knowledge of ESFA funding regulations related to apprenticeships.
