TeacherActive is proud to be working with a specialised SEND schools based in the Northallerton area who are looking to recruit roles on a temporary or long-term basis. The schools we work with all have specialised areas and you must be able to adapt to a changing environment.
We are looking for a passionate level 4 Teaching assistant with SEND experience, on a temporary or long-team basis. The successful applicant will be working with SEND pupils with various needs. The successful applicant will be working with students within a secondary school helping the teacher with every day class room duties and working on a 1:1 basis with pupils.
The successful teaching assistant will have:
Relevant Teaching assistant qualification. (level 4)
Excellent behavioural management skills.
Experience working within a SEND environment.
Experience working in both a one-to-one setting and small groups
