£92.56 - £110.00 per day (dependent on experience)
About the role:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join one of our Wythenshawe primary schools. The school is looking for someone to deliver targeted interventions in one of their EYFS classes on a full-time basis. This role will suit ECTs or qualified Teaching Assistants.
Key responsibilities:
Support the class teacher with daily teaching and learning activities
Deliver targeted support to individuals and small groups
Foster a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Contribute to planning and assessment under the guidance of the teacher
Support behaviour management strategies in line with school policy
Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and staffRequirements:
Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or above) - essential
Recent experience working in a primary school setting - EYFS or KS1 preference
Excellent understanding of the National Curriculum
Ability to engage and motivate learners
Committed, flexible and proactive with excellent communication skills
A current enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)How to apply
