Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Primary Classroom Support

Aspire People are recruiting qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Manchester following the October half-term break.

With schools requiring reliable classroom support for the remainder of the autumn term and beyond, we are keen to hear from experienced practitioners who can help pupils access learning and support teachers across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

The Role:
- Supporting classroom learning and daily routines
- Providing 1:1 and small-group assistance
- Supporting reading, writing, Maths and other curriculum activities
- Helping maintain positive behaviour and pupil engagement
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff

Essential Requirements:
- A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant, Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent relevant qualification
- Relevant UK-based school experience within the last two years
- Confidence supporting pupils in a primary school environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and inclusion

Opportunities may include daily supply, part-time work and longer-term placements starting in November 2026 or later.
