Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Primary

Aspire People are recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support pupils across primary school settings.

We are looking for qualified and experienced Teaching Assistants who can provide high-quality classroom, intervention and SEND support.

Requirements:

* MUST hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant, Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent qualification
* MUST have previous UK school-based experience
* Primary school experience is essential
* SEND experience is highly desirable
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusion
* Confident supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills

The Role:

* Supporting teaching and learning across the primary classroom
* Providing 1:1 and small-group support
* Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
* Delivering interventions and targeted activities
* Assisting with differentiated lessons
* Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
* Helping pupils develop independence and confidence
* Monitoring and recording pupil progress
* Working closely with teachers and SENCOs
* Supporting classroom routines and transitions

The Ideal Candidate:

* Level 3 qualified
* Previous UK school experience
* Confident working across the primary age range
* Strong understanding of child development and learning
* Patient, proactive and adaptable
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Passionate about supporting children's progress
