Level 3 Teaching Assistant Required – Stockton-on-TeesSmile Education is recruiting for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Stockton-on-Tees from September 2026.
We are looking for a confident Teaching Assistant with proven UK school-based experience, who can support pupils across Nursery and Key Stage 2.
Essential Requirements
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Previous UK school experience – essential
Experience supporting children in Nursery and/or Key Stage 2
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

Excellent communication and classroom support skills
Reliable, professional and confident approach
Right to work in the UK⚠️ IMPORTANT: Candidates without previous UK school-based experience will NOT be considered for this position.
