Aspire People are recruiting on behalf of a supportive primary school looking to appoint an experienced **Level 3 Teaching Assistant** to work within **Key Stage 1** from **September 2026**.

The school is seeking someone with excellent curriculum knowledge who can confidently support whole-class learning, deliver interventions, and work alongside teachers to help pupils achieve their full potential.

**The Role:**
* Supporting pupils across Year 1 and Year 2 classrooms
* Delivering targeted Reading, Phonics, Writing, and Maths interventions
* Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required
* Helping to prepare engaging learning resources
* Promoting positive behaviour and pupil engagement
* Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff

**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Recent UK primary school experience within the last 2 years
* Strong understanding of the KS1 National Curriculum
* Experience delivering intervention programmes
* Confident supporting pupils of varying abilities
* Positive, organised, and proactive approach
