Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Key Stage 2**
**Full-Time | September 2026 Start | Aspire People**

Aspire People are currently working with a primary school looking to recruit an experienced **Level 3 Teaching Assistant** to support pupils across **Key Stage 2** from **September 2026**.

The school is looking for a confident and knowledgeable Teaching Assistant who can work independently, deliver high-quality interventions, and support pupils to achieve excellent academic progress.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a welcoming school that values the contribution of experienced support staff.

**The Role:**
* Supporting teaching and learning across KS2 classrooms
* Delivering focused intervention sessions in English and Maths
* Providing 1:1 and small-group academic support
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and assessment activities
* Encouraging independence, resilience, and confidence in pupils
* Helping maintain a positive and engaging learning environment

**The Successful Candidate Will:**
* Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Have recent experience working within a UK primary school in the last 2 years
* Have strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
* Be confident delivering intervention programmes independently
* Have excellent communication and organisational skills
* Be committed to raising pupil achievement
