Level 3 Teaching Assistant - EYFS**
**Full-Time | September 2026 Start | Aspire People**

Aspire People are currently working in partnership with a welcoming primary school seeking an experienced **Level 3 Teaching Assistant** to join their Early Years team from **September 2026**.

The school is looking for a nurturing and enthusiastic individual who has a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and enjoys supporting children during the early stages of their education. This is a long-term opportunity with the chance to become a valued member of the school community.

**The Role:**
* Supporting teaching and learning within Nursery or Reception
* Delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions to support early development
* Assisting with phonics, early maths, communication, and language activities
* Encouraging learning through play and child-led activities
* Supporting children's social, emotional, and personal development
* Working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team

**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Has recent experience working within a UK primary school in the last 2 years
* Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
* Experience delivering targeted interventions
* Patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
