This role is for a dynamic and inclusive primary school in Wavertree, is seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team. This full-time position, starting in September, requires a candidate with a strong background in supporting pupils within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality support to classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Assist in planning and implementing educational activities and interventions.
Offer personalised support to students, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.Qualifications and Skills:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
Previous experience supporting pupils in a school setting is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting children's learning and development.
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic educational environment.
Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one. What We Offer:
