Description:

GSL Education is currently searching for a committed and motivated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our active Tameside school community. You will be essential to the teaching and learning activities in our school as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant. Seize the chance to influence the next generation's growth in the creative and collaborative learning atmosphere at GSL, and acquire priceless assistance in the process. You will work closely with the class teacher to implement individualised learning plans and strategies that cater to the unique needs of the child. The school has great facilities & close to public transport, the school’s focus is to give a nurturing approach to learning whilst making learning fun. This friendly school currently has an Ofsted report rated ‘Good’. The role is due to start ASAP for the right individual.

Successful applicants will support Class Teachers, ensuring pupils are interacting in the lessons, supporting the children's needs, and encourage their learning. Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not essential.

Key Requirements:

Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons across various subjects.
Provide individualized support to students, catering to their unique learning needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create enriching educational experiences.

About the Role:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Location: Tameside

Salary Scale:  £17,000 to £21,000 per annum

Start Date: ASAP

The successful candidate will:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
Experience working in a school setting, preferably within a primary or secondary environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for education and a commitment to the holistic development of students.
