Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Intervention & Academic Support**
Primary School | Full-Time | Aspire People

Aspire People are seeking an experienced **Level 3 Teaching Assistant** to support teaching and learning within a primary school environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering intervention programmes, supporting pupil attainment, and helping children overcome barriers to learning.

The school is particularly interested in candidates who have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and experience supporting pupils through targeted intervention work.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Delivering interventions in Maths, English, Reading, and Phonics
* Supporting pupils on a small-group and occasional 1:1 basis
* Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom support
* Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff
* Encouraging confidence, engagement, and independence in learning
* Supporting positive behaviour management strategies

**The Successful Candidate Will:**
* Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Have recent experience working within a UK primary school
* Be confident delivering intervention sessions independently
* Have strong curriculum knowledge across KS1 and KS2
* Be organised, proactive, and reliable
* Have excellent communication skills
