The Role

The Ideal Candidate
* Must hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or an equivalent relevant qualification.
* Have experience supporting children within a school or educational setting.
* Possess strong communication and classroom management skills.
* Be proactive, patient and confident adapting to different learning needs.
* Demonstrate a genuine commitment to helping pupils achieve their potential.
