Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 (Years 1-6)? Protocol Education is working with a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Lewisham looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally while gaining valuable experience in a variety of school settings.

Your Responsibilities:

Supporting teaching and learning across Years 1-6
Delivering small group interventions in English and Maths
Providing 1:1 support where required
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs and SEN
Assisting with classroom preparation and behaviour management
Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and independence
Working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure positive outcomes

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Has experience working with children aged 5-11 (Years 1-6)
Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills
Has a positive, proactive, and flexible approach
Builds strong relationships with pupils and staff
Is committed to supporting children's educational development
