Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced **Level 3 Teaching Assistant** to join a supportive primary school.

The school is looking for a confident and proactive Teaching Assistant who can provide high-quality classroom support, deliver interventions, and work closely with teaching staff to help pupils achieve their full potential.

This role would suit someone with recent experience working within a UK primary school who is looking for a long-term opportunity within a welcoming and inclusive environment.

**The Role:**
* Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom
* Delivering small-group interventions in Reading, Writing, Maths, and Phonics
* Supporting pupils with varying learning needs and abilities
* Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
* Helping to monitor pupil progress and engagement
* Promoting positive behaviour and learning attitudes
* Working closely with teachers and school staff to support attainment

**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Has recent experience working within a UK primary school
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
* Experience delivering interventions independently
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Passionate about supporting pupil development
