What We're Looking For:

* Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification

* Have recent experience working within an Early Years setting in a primary school

* Be confident supporting children's learning and development through play-based and structured activities

* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Be able to work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

* Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

The Role:

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative learning activities

* Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development

* Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment

* Encourage children's social, emotional, and educational development

* Assist with observations, assessments, and classroom preparation where required
