Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning?
Protocol Education is recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to work across schools in Ferryhill, supporting pupils who need additional academic, behavioural and emotional guidance.
You'll play an important role in helping pupils access their education, develop independence and feel confident in the classroom.

September start
Monday-Friday
8:30am-3:30pm to 4:30pm
Term-time only

Your Responsibilities
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
Delivering focused literacy and numeracy interventions
Providing individual and small group support
Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD and learning difficulties
Working alongside class teachers and SENCOs
Helping monitor and celebrate pupil progress
About You
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Previous experience within a school environment
Confident supporting pupils with SEND
Patient, proactive and compassionate
Strong communication and teamwork skills
