Aspire People are seeking a confident and experienced **Level 3 Teaching Assistant** to join one of our partner primary schools.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting teaching and learning, leading intervention groups, and helping pupils achieve their full potential.
**The Role:**
* Delivering targeted intervention sessions in English and Maths
* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
* Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
* Helping monitor pupil progress and attainment
**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Recent experience within a UK primary school in the last 2 years
* Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Passionate about supporting children's education
