The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing. You will work closely with the team to provide engaging activities, build strong relationships with children and families, and deliver high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and education for children
* Support children’s learning through engaging and creative activities
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Observe, assess, and contribute to children’s development records
* Support a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
* Work effectively as part of a dedicated nursery team
About You:
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) essential
* Experience working within a nursery or early years environment
* Passionate about children’s learning and development
* Warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
