Contract: Permanent | Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week | All year round
Shift Patterns:
Early: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Late: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
Salary: Up to £27,040 per annum
About the Role
ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are delighted to be supporting a welcoming nursery in Leicester with the recruitment of an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Early Years professional to join a supportive nursery team and contribute to the care, learning and development of children aged 0–4 years.
You will play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0–4
Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
Complete observations and contribute to children's learning records
Support children's individual needs and development
Follow safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies
Work collaboratively as part of the wider Early Years team
Contribute to maintaining high standards of care and provision
What We're Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare – essential
Previous experience working within a UK nursery or Early Years setting
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child development
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A caring, enthusiastic and professional approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a busy nursery team
Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
