Remedy are looking for level 3 nursery practitioner for a well-established and highly regarded nursery in Brentwood, dedicated to providing a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Role and Responsibilities:

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and supportive environment for our children. Your responsibilities will include:

Childcare and Development: Provide excellent care and support for children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive needs are met. Create and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development.

Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for children, following all health and safety regulations and nursery policies. Administer first aid when necessary and keep accurate records.

Parental Communication: Build strong relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress, daily activities, and any concerns or milestones achieved.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other nursery staff, sharing ideas and best practices, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of children's development and daily routines, supporting the nursery's observation and assessment process.

Requirements for Level 3 Nursery Practitioner:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Level 3 Qualification: Hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education or an equivalent Early Years qualification.

Experience: Demonstrated experience in working with young children in a nursery or similar setting.

Passion: Possess a genuine passion for childcare and early years education, with a commitment to creating a nurturing and enriching environment for children.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Creativity: Ability to plan and implement creative and stimulating activities to support children's development.

Safeguarding: A thorough understanding of safeguarding principles and a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in the nursery.
