Empowering Learning is looking for enthusiastic and caring Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our fantastic team, supporting a range of welcoming nursery settings across Burton-on-Trent.

The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn, develop and thrive. You'll work closely with colleagues to deliver engaging activities that support each child's individual needs and development.
Responsibilities
Providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
Planning and delivering fun, engaging learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Promoting safeguarding and maintaining a safe learning environment.
Assisting with observations and children's learning journeys.
What We're Looking For
A Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
A sound understanding of the EYFS framework.
A warm, caring and enthusiastic approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
