Location: Royston
Start: Immediate
Hours: Full-time, flexible
Pay: £14-£16 per hour (PAYE)
Tradewind Recruitment are working with a warm and welcoming nursery setting in Royston who are looking to appoint a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team as soon as possible.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years professional who is passionate about supporting young children during their most important stages of development. You will be working with children aged 18 months to 5 years, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
What the role of Level 3 Nursery Practitioner involves:
Supporting children's learning through play-based and structured activities
Following the EYFS framework to deliver high-quality care and education
Helping to create a positive and inclusive nursery environment
Working closely with colleagues to support children's development
Building strong and supportive relationships with families and carersWhat we are looking for:
Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
Experience working within Early Years or nursery settings
A caring, patient, and proactive approach
