Description:
Waingels Gardens Day Nursery in Woodley, Reading, have an opportunity for a Level 3 Early years educator or Nursery Nurse to join their wonderful team!
About you....
An ideal candidate would be enthusiastic and motivated, keen to progress in their career and have a passion for Early Years care and education, you will also need to hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.

In this role you will be...
* Taking the first step in progression, as a Level 3 on this pathway this role leads onto roles such as a Room Leader and Senior practitioner roles.
* Contributing to provide a safe, happy, healthy, and caring environment for children to explore, develop and grow.
* Ensuring a high standard of care giving children individual attention so that their social, emotional, and intellectual needs are fully nurtured.
* Using your skills to assist in delivery of our 'learning through play’ and 'in the moment planning' educational ethos
* Developing inclusive learning environment which are stimulating for children
* Building and maintaining excellent relationships with parents and carers, team members and children
* Ensuring that children’s welfare is a priority by using the nurseries safeguarding procedures to support you
