Level 3 Nursery Assistant Role in Purley
We are seeking experienced, motivated, and caring Level 3 Nursery Assistants to join our pool of early years professionals. If you are passionate about supporting children's development and creating a nurturing learning environment, we would love to hear from you.
We have a range of vacancies available, including long‑term placements and flexible day‑to‑day roles. A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification is required for these posts.
Accepted Level 3 Qualifications:
NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator)
Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Diploma in Children's Play, Learning and Development (EYE pathway)
CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Child Care and Education (DCE)
NVQ Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development
Experience in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a child‑centred approach are essential.
