About the Setting
We are working with a welcoming and supportive setting in Southwark, looking for a dedicated Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join their Early Years team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Level 3 EYFS Practitioner in Southwark who wants to work in a setting that values high-quality Early Years provision, positive relationships and children's individual development.
The Role
As a Level 3 EYFS Practitioner in Southwark, you will:
Support children across the Early Years Foundation Stage
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
Support children's personal, social and emotional development
Promote communication, language and physical development
Observe, assess and record children's progress
Build strong relationships with children and families
Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
Work collaboratively with the wider EYFS team
Follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures
Ideal Candidate
The successful Level 3 EYFS Practitioner will have:
A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Previous experience working within an EYFS or Nursery setting
A current Paediatric First Aid qualification
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
A warm, nurturing and proactive approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting young children's development
A strong commitment to safeguarding
