Teaching Personnel is working with a number of welcoming nurseries and primary schools across Devon that are looking for enthusiastic and caring Early Years Practitioners to join their teams. The Role:

Support children aged 0–5 in their learning and development.

Deliver engaging, play-based activities in line with the EYFS Framework.

Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

Encourage children's social, emotional and educational development.

We're Looking For:

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (or equivalent).

Experience working within an EYFS setting.

A positive, caring and proactive attitude.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
