Key Responsibilities – Early Years Teaching Assistant Role

Support children’s learning and development within the EYFS framework
Deliver engaging play-based and sensory learning activities
Help maintain a safe, stimulating nursery environment
Work collaboratively with staff while also using your own initiative
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements – Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
Experience working in a nursery or EYFS setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to “get stuck in”
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Desirable Skills

Paediatric First Aid (not essential – training can be provided)
