Early Years Practitioner - Primary School EYFS Support**

Do you have a **Level 3 Early Years qualification** or strong experience working with young children and want to take your next step within a primary school?

Aspire People are recruiting enthusiastic **Early Years Practitioners** to support children within EYFS settings across our partner primary schools.

This is an excellent opportunity for Nursery Practitioners and Early Years professionals who want to transfer their existing skills into a school environment and continue developing their career within education.

Your experience supporting children's communication, development, behaviour, independence, and learning through play can be highly transferable to an EYFS classroom.

**The Role:**
* Supporting children across Nursery and Reception
* Supporting learning through play and exploration
* Developing children's communication and language skills
* Supporting phonics, early Maths, and literacy activities
* Encouraging personal, social, and emotional development
* Supporting observations and assessment
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
* Working closely with teachers and other EYFS staff

**We're Looking For:**
* Level 3 Early Years qualification or relevant experience
* Recent experience working with children aged 3-5
* Strong understanding of child development
* Knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Patient, nurturing, and creative approach
* Strong communication skills
