Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Primary School, Harrow

Location: Harrow, North West London
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term and Permanent Opportunities

Nurture Education is currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Harrow. This exciting Level 3 Early Years Practitioner opportunity is ideal for an individual who is committed to providing high-quality early years education and helping young children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.

The successful Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will work closely with teachers and support staff to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. This Level 3 Early Years Practitioner role offers the opportunity to make a real difference during the most important stages of a child's development.

The Role – Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

* Support children's learning and development within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

* Assist with planning and delivering engaging learning activities.

* Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

* Encourage children's social, emotional and academic development.

* Observe, assess and record children's progress.

* Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.

* Promote safeguarding, welfare and wellbeing at all times.

* Support children with additional needs where required.

Requirements – Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

To be considered for this Level 3 Early Years Practitioner role, you must have:

* A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.

* Previous experience working as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner within a nursery, preschool or primary school setting.

* Good understanding of the EYFS framework.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.

* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
