Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Description:

We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the heart of Walthamstow, who are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join their team on from September!

The successful candidate will support children across Reception, providing tailored SEN support to help pupils thrive in their learning and development.

Key Requirements:

· A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (essential).

· Experience of working with children in Early Years and/or Key Stage 1.

· A strong understanding of play-based, child-centred learning.

· Ability to provide targeted SEN support while enabling children to access the wider curriculum.

· Flexible, patient, and able to adapt support to individual needs.

· A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required.
