Role Overview:
A high quality day nursery, in a peaceful rural setting are looking for warm, enthusiastic, and fully qualified Level 3 Early Years Educators to join their friendly nursery team. You will help provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children aged 0 to 5 years can play, learn, and grow.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework daily.
* Act as a Key Person to build strong bonds with a designated group of children.
* Track and record progress using learning journeys, sharing updates with parents and carers.
* Plan creative, fun, and age-appropriate play activities.
* Safeguard and promote the health, safety, and welfare of all children.
* Maintain strong, professional partnerships with parents and team members.
Requirements
* Hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years recognised qualification.
* Solid working knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
* Clear Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Paediatric First Aid certificate (if qualified after 30/06/2016)
