Academics are recruiting a Level 3 Childcare Assistant in Havering to support a large primary school, helping pupils develop their confidence, build important skills and get the most out of their learning.

What will you be doing?
Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing throughout the school day.
Helping pupils build confidence, independence and positive relationships.
Supporting engaging activities that encourage curiosity and a love of learning.
Working closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment.
Providing encouragement and guidance to help children reach their potential.Who are we looking for?
Ideally, you'll hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or Teaching Assistant studies and have experience supporting children in an educational or childcare setting.
However, experienced candidates with a Level 2 qualification will also be considered if they can demonstrate the right skills, attitude and enthusiasm for the role.
We're looking for someone who is patient, proactive, caring and passionate about helping children thrive.
