Nursery Practitioner – Oxford
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week (flexible patterns considered)
Salary: From £28,000 to £30,000 per year

About the Role:

What We're Looking For:
Essential:
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)
Strong understanding of EYFS framework
Experience working in UK nursery settings
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5
Support children's development in line with EYFS
Create safe, stimulating, and inclusive environments
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Maintain safeguarding and health & safety standards
Work collaboratively within the nursery team
